Turkish journalist detained during news coverage

Hazar Dost, a reporter for Halk TV, one of the country's most watched news organizations, was detained while the debate on freedom of the press continued in Turkey.

Dost had gone to Antalya to follow the news after a student was beheaded and murdered in a cult dormitory in the city of Antalya, located on the south coast of the country.

Journalist Hazar Dost was detained by the police after getting off the plane at Antalya Airport. It is reported that the journalist is still kept waiting at Antalya Airport.
